NEST works directly with North America's largest bedding brands to liquidate semi-loads of their FACTORY SECOND products. A FACTORY SECOND MATTRESS is one that doesn't meet the strict quality control guidelines set by the manufacturer. These beds are often discontinued models, overstocks or floor models. Sometimes our beds have stitching flaws or labeling errors. In some cases these are beds that have been blemished through the factory plastic in shipping. Some of our mattress sets will have a slight rub mark or scuff or some other very minor superficial damage. These minor cosmetic flaws do not affect the life or the comfort of the mattress.
